My mission is to empower you to take charge of you own well being, so that you, too, are able to experience life with ease while finding balance from within.

Yoga therapy refers to the adaptation and application of Yoga techniques and practices to help individuals facing health challenges at any level manage their condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance, increase vitality, and improve attitude. My services start with a one-to-one consultation to assess the presenting condition, associated health problems and related lifestyle factors. This is followed by a series of private sessions focused on healing the body, while reducing mental and physical stress.

Your Yoga therapy session will include breathing and deep relaxation techniques, the application of balanced movements; which increase mobility as well as function in the body, and yoga based stress management techniques. Leave with a customized practice that meets your immediate needs. Clients begin to practice and benefit right away, even if they have no prior experience with yoga. Learn how to transform the stresses of daily life into the joys of daily life, so that you too can Feel Good Again.
